Election Commission did not approve Cabinet descision

Election commission has put a ban on descision of recruitment by cabinet under old reservation system. According to State Election commission recruitment can not be done because of violation of code of conduct of Panchayat Election. Government can only implement this descision when code of conduct of Panchayat Election will be over.
On Monday, Government of Rajasthan send a proposal to Election Commission. This proposal was regarding the descision of cabinet to recruit under old reservation system. Government can not recruit under new reservation system as the matter is ex judice.Therefore, State government wanted permission for recruitment under old reservation system.

I don't mean this in a bad way, of course! Societal concerns aside... I just hope that as technology further innovates, the possibility of downloading our memories onto a digital medium becomes a true reality. It's one of the things I really wish I could experience in my lifetime.
