Budget session of Rajasthan assembly started in Jaipur on Monday, february 15, 2010. The assembly will discuss the budget after Finance Minister propose the same.
In the mean time, Vasundhara Raje, former chief minister, has resigned from the post of leader opposition. She has resigned as a result of internal conflict in BJP.
BJP has shown unprecidented unity during recent Panchayat elections. However, Congress has won this election too. It is worth to be noted that Congress had upper hand in almost every Panchayat election in Rajasthan after independence.
